Nursing Home Services

Our fees are from £1,200 per week and are payable monthly in advance by Direct Debit. We require evidence of ability to fund for a period of two years. Fees will be reviewed annually and in accordance with external pressures on cost.

If you are eligible for health funding at the commencement of your placement, we will agree fees with the clinical commissioning team. There may be occasions where your health improves and following assessment you may be required to self fund. You will need to ensure you have sufficient funds to cover the cost of the fees.

In the event your needs become eligible forcontinuing health care funding, we would need to agree funding from the Clinical Commissioning Group and/or relevant authorities depending on the needs and required placement.

Our fees are inclusive of all your assessed care needs and accommodation costs, which include all your dietary and nutrition needs, as per the sample menu attached. Equipment required as a result of your assessed need is provided. Wheelchairs are provided for shared use, however should you require a wheelchair for personal, regular use, that will need to be arranged and funded by yourself. The local authority may provide specialist chairs following an assessment.

Newspapers, hairdressing, community-based events, toiletries, external trips and planned hospital appointments are provided for an additional charge.
